OUR PROCESS
01 DESIGN
This on-site meeting with your designer aims to fuse your vision with professional standards. Using first rate computer software, your designer will transform the ideas generated from the site meeting into a 3D design. Your designer will present your kitchen design to you in 3D format. Each detail of the design is open for discussion and changes until you are completely satisfied with your design. This gives you an opportunity to participate in coming up with the design that suits your needs.
02 PREPARATION
Once the necessary paperwork has been drawn up and an agreement signed, technical drawings will be produced and work will shift from the design studio to the manufacturing plant. Shortly after the sign-off, a site meeting will be called for. We ask that you, your electritian and your plumber are present at the meeting as critical water and electrical points will be discussed and marked. It is imperative that these markings be presented in the period prior to site work to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process once construction work commences on the site. After site survey our Projects Admin team will advise you of your fitting date. Our site supervision team will visit the site days before installation to assess site preparedness.
03 PRODUCTION
All production takes place at our factory on nr 32 Seke Road, Harare.
After intensive site preparation, the project is rolled into production where units are manufactured as specified by the plan. The production process is highly intensive and automated. The unit passes various stages of production which are manned by competent and qualified artisans.
04 INSTALLATION
All units undergo stringent quality control before delivery to ensure that they arrive with you in pristine condition. Installation is carried out by highly qualified, permanent Tusilago installers. Each team has a team leader who is present on site for the full duration of the fit. Your designer and Administrator will meet with you upon completion to give instructions on the care and maintenance of your investment. A warranty of 2yrs will be handed to you and you will be given an opportunity to give us an assessment of how your project was handled.
05 HANDOVER
Once your project is complete, our customer coordinator will walk through your project with you and explain aftercare, guarantees and service. We will also ask you to fill in a two-minute questionnaire which helps us to continually improve our service and standards.
